4 Days trip ( Marrakech to Fes via Sahara )

4 days trip is an experience of 4 days starting from Marrakech visiting Ait Benhaddou, Dades Gorges, Desert ending in Fes

Itinerary.

Day 1 : Marrakech / Kasbah ait ben haddou /Gorge Dades 4 days trip

After meeting you at your hotel in Marrakech after breakfast we will go towards the High Atlas through the Tizi-n-Tichka pass, along a road that climbs from the plains up to 2260 m above sea level passing through small villages, small waterfalls, through the continuously changing landscape and colors of these beautiful mountains.
4 days tripWe can make a stop on the pass for a cup of refreshing mint tea and admire the scenery before taking the road to the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, where we will arrive in time for lunch. Here we can visit the famous Kasbah, declared UNESCO World Heritage. Which was the scene of films like The Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia, The Legionary, The Sheltering Sky, and others. Will visit the town of Ouarzazate, the Kasbah of Taourirt and the Atlas Studios movie, the most famous in all of Africa. Then we will go through Ouarzazate, the famous Valley of Roses and the Dades valley, reaching the Dades Gorge in time for sunset where we will stop in a very traditional and romantic hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 : Gorge Dades / Gorge Todra /Merzouga

In the morning, after breakfast, you may take a walk through the Dades Gorges, and then take the car to drive the road of the 1000 Kasbas, go through Tineghier village, and the Jewish Kasbah, arriving at the Todra Gorges in time for lunch, take a walk in the Gorges before taking the road to the Merzouga desert by way of Erfoud, we reach Merzouga before the sunset. From here we will leave our car in a hotel, and start off by Camel into the Erg Chebbi dunes. You will have an incredible and unforgettable night in a Berber tent. We will have dinner accompanied by the rhythm of drums and songs the populations of southern Morocco are under millions of stars and if we are lucky you can also see the Milky Way. Dinner and overnight in the Berber tent.

 

Day 3 : Merzouga “Erg Chebbi” Merzouga

After breakfast, you can relax in the hotel swimming pool. Then take a jeep for a tour of approximately 3 hours and 1/2 in the Desert to see the different faces of Desert Dunes with its black volcanic rocks, passing through small villages, oasis, Lake. We will stop to listen to  Saharan Drums in el Khamila, we will visit the Berber family in their tent for a mint tea. Along the road used by the Paris Dakar Rallye. We will reach a cave to discover how the local people extract the fossils from the heart of the earth. In the afternoon we will return to the hotel to relax in the pool, dine and listen to local music. Or walk through the Dunes to listen to the silence and watch the stars.

 

Day 4 : Merzouga /Rissani / Medilt / Fes

The following day, the camel driver will wake you up in time to watch the sunrise 300 m high dunes. Take the way down towards the border with Algeria. Then we will return by camel to the hotel after
breakfast and shower depart towards fez we will pass through Rissani the first capital of Alaouite dynasty. We continue through ZIZ valley, you will stop for lunch in apple village in the middle of the way. We continue the way through the mountain and cedars forest we reach fez in the afternoon for the end of the trip. You will have the opportunity to stop in a few panoramic views to take a pictures
